School Improvement Goals
Forward Goals
1. By the spring of 2027, there will be a 15% increase in the number of students meeting or exceeding proficiency in ELA and Mathematics as evidenced by the scores on state assessments (Forward Exam).
2. McDill Elementary scored 22.8 points below the state average on the Growth Math Score according to the State Report Card. Our goal is to grow this score by 10 points based on the 2024-2025 State Report Card. We will do this by working with grade level teachers, Case Managers, Administration, and Interventionists to determine research based interventions, enrichment activities, and core instruction that meets the needs of the students in our school.
AIMSweb Goal
1. Based on the Fall ORF/Kinder Composite Data, 35% of our students tested below the 25th percentile. Our goal is to increase the students in the 26-50, 51-75, and 76-99th percentiles by 10%.
Culture Goal
1. Teachers will increase their level of collaboration between their grade level teams and Student Services. This will create a common understanding in our school community that will increase our achievement/growth scores for all of our students.
